Application Fee

The current application fee is twenty-five dollars ($25) payable in full at the time of submitting the application.


All members, except Lifetime Members and members currently serving on the Board shall pay dues in the amount of eight hundred dollars ($800.00) per calendar year. Payments may be made in two installments, the first of $400.00 due by March 1st and the second of $400.00 due by May 1st. Members will receive a flat discount of $50, provided the full $750.00 ($800 – $50) is paid by January 1st.

You may apply to purchase any of the above membership packages by completing and submitting the forms below. Once the forms are received, along with your $25 application fee, our Membership Director will contact you.

Work Hours

Member families are responsible to complete four (4) hours of work obligation each calendar year. Work hour obligations are administered and approved by the Board.  Work hours shall be prepaid each season by deposit of $200 due March 1st. When the member has completed their work hours, it is their responsibility to report the hours to the Director of Work Procurement. Once work hours are confirmed by the Board, the deposit will be returned and/or credited if there is an outstanding balance.

Any single member, or if all members in a household are age sixty-two (62) or older or those who have been continuous members for twenty-five (25) years or more are exempt from the four (4) hour work obligation. It is the members’ responsibility to notify the Director of Work Procurement that they qualify for this exemption.

Reimbursement Procedures

Obtain authorization from Board Member prior to paying for an expense, complete a PHA Check Authorization Form, attach original receipt and obtain signatures on the form. Approving Board Member will submit form for reimbursement. Payment will be made within 30 days. Swim Team Reimbursement Requests are located in the Family File Box on the Gatekeeper’s ledge. Complete form and obtain signature from appropriate Swim Team Director for reimbursement.
